Appointment Fee

We charge a $250 refundable appointment fee (FEE) if you want to reserve a date for service or installation work. The FEE is for any appointment, regardless of the time spent.


Fee Information


If you make a reservation for service or installation, a FEE of $250.00 is due immediately for reserving the appointment date. If you schedule by telephone or email, we will send you a PayPal invoice. IMPORTANT: The invoice must be paid within 24 hours from time it is issued. If the FEE is unpaid, your appointment will be removed from our schedule.


Refund

The FEE will be refunded by being deducted from the amount you owe us when the work is completed. Other FEE refund conditions are listed below.


Appointment Changes

1. Rescheduling your appointment date must be made at least 7 days prior to your appointment date. There is no cost to change your appointment date.


2. If you change your appointment date in less than 7 days from your scheduled appointment, a $150 conditional RESCHEDULING FEE will be added to your invoice. If you change your appointment date in less than 7 days and we can fill your appointment slot with another service or installation, we will not charge the conditional RESCHEDULING FEE of $150.


3. To make any appointment changes, you must call us at 928-342-9103. An Email requesting to change your appointment is not acceptable unless confirmed by an email reply from us.


4. If you cancel your appointment at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled date, the FEE will be fully refunded.


5. If you cancel your appointment less than 10 days from your scheduled appointment, the FEE will not be refunded and will be retained by us.


6. To cancel your appointment, you must call us at 928-342-9103. Email to cancel appointments are not accepted unless confirmed by an email reply from us.


Failure to Arrive

1. If you fail to arrive for your appointment at your scheduled date and time, the FEE will not be refunded and will be retained by us.


2. If you arrive late and the work can not be completed during your scheduled appointment, you must reschedule another date. Payment in full for all partial work and materials is required if we must reschedule due to you arriving late. The FEE will not be refunded until all work is complete.


Days are counted as starting at 8AM Arizona Time.
