Our installations are by appointment only. From January to May, We are usually booked many days in advance. If you have a small job we will always try to squeeze it in.

Arrival:

• You may arrive the night before and stay in the parking lot. There are no hookups.

• If your appointment is for 8AM, pull in the south driveway and head straight onto the concrete pad beside the building. Please keep to the far left side.

• If you are a 5th wheel or travel trailer, pull into the lot 2nd entrance, head towards the exit, then back onto the concrete pad.

• If you need any assistance in maneuvering, please stop and ask for help.

• Please lower your jacks or empty your air bags to stabilize the RV.

The Job:

• We will review the entire job with you before starting any work.

• You may need to remove all items from your bays so we can access all areas.

• Once we have outlined the job and you understand and approve, we ask that you leave the work area.

• If you have any concerns about the job, just ask us and we will stop the work and review the issue.

• There may be 1 to 3 installers working on your RV at any time.

• Time is kept by the minute. You are only billed for the actual time we are working on your RV. If we are interrupted from your job, we stop the clock.

Additional details:

• You may not be inside your RV while we work inside.

• You may remain in your RV if we are only working outside.

• If you have pets, please secure them or take them with you.

• If you need us to stop the job for any reason, let us know.

• There is a restroom in the shop area for your use.

• We have indoor and outdoor seating area.

• There is not much to see within walking distance but Thursday thru Sunday there is a large outdoor market just 5 minutes from our shop.

• We are located in an industrial park and under the Marine base landing approach. It does get noisy some times.

Payments

• Payment is required after completion of the work.

• We accept Cash, Checks, Traveler Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, PayPal, Gold and Silver US coins or bullion. Foreign checks are accepted but must be notated "US Funds Only" on the check.

• Parts discounts are available with savings up to 10%. Ask us.
